The Parks and Recreation Commission is comprised of 7 members and 2 alternate members. The commission’s aim is to understand and meet the needs of the community, while supporting the needs of the Park and Recreation Department, Director, and Staff. The Parks and Recreation Commission participates in:

• offering varied programs for all ages
• maintaining and enhancing parks, fields, trails, and facilities
• long-term strategic planning for the department and community.
